What We Do
The farm was established at Jordan Valley in March 1990 on 200 Donums. The farm continually developed a pattern of advocating agricultural technology. Aquiring high yeild seedlings from the best laboratories around the word. It was pioneer in bringing Superior Globe Grapes and later tissue cultured Majdool and Berhi Palms. The irrigation system of the farm uses the most up to date technology for optimizing the used of water.
On the other hand the farm took in its hand the responsibility to export directly its products to the world and established its own operational and quality control proceedures in order to meet the international maketing standards.
The farm is now 300 Donum in area and it is considered as model of the modern farms in Jordan. The farm became the destination for all agricultural experts who visit Jordan and any ambitious farmer looking to build a high tech farm in Jordan.

The farm markets its products in the local market and exports its products to many countries by air or land cargo. Aquiring the below international standards and certifications allow the farm products to compete in the local and international market.
In 2011 Arar Farms and Dr. Abdullah Arar won the first prize( Model Farm Category ) at Khalifa International Date Palm Award (http://www.kidpa.ae) the prize is the highest award in the date palm industry in the world.
